Data controllers

The data controllers for the t-twice.fr website are Johanna Fokui and Candis Kapche (T-Twice project).

What we collect

We only collect the data you send us voluntarily through the contact form: your name, your email address, your organisation (optional), your profile (publisher, institution, learner…), your level or path if you are a learner (and extra detail when needed), the subject of your message, your message, and your consent (timestamped).

For security and abuse-prevention purposes, we keep an anonymised fingerprint of your IP address (never the address in plain text) and a truncated version of your browser identifier.

Why we use it

Only to answer your request and, if you explicitly ask for it (subject "Get notified at launch"), to let you know when T-Twice or a new feature goes live. We make no automated decisions about you.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), collected when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

Who has access

Your data is accessible only to the T-Twice team. It is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request, then for at most twelve months after our last exchange (the duration recommended by the CNIL), unless you ask us to delete it.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses no tracking cookies, no analytics tools and no advertising trackers.

Hosting and location

Your data is hosted within the European Union: Scaleway SAS, 8 rue de la Ville l’Évêque, 75008 Paris, France (fr-par region).

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
